At Car always 14 days on sight

You can return all items that you have purchased from us, subject to certain conditions. At Car you have a trial period of 14 days for your orders. Within this period you may view the article, unless otherwise stated.

If you receive an item that is damaged by transport, you can contact us to report it.

If you are not satisfied with the item, you can return it within the trial period. The trial period starts on the day after delivery.

Car uses rules for returns. If you want to return the order, we ask you to observe the following:

- Ensures that the return is reported within the 14-day trial period. We would like to receive a message by e-mail
- After reporting your return, you have 14 days to ensure that the package is returned to us.
- Add a fully completed return form to your return (download via the site) or the European model form for cancellation.
- Send your return in preferably in an outer box or extra packaging so that the article is not damaged or broken. When returning a damaged item, a complete refund is not possible.


For a quick and proper processing of the returned article, the following is important:

- Add a completed return form to your return.
- Send you more than one package and you only have one return ticket, then add a note with your name, address and customer number to the other packages.

After receipt of the product, we will assess whether it has been returned complete, unused and undamaged. We will apply depreciation in a number of cases:

  •      Damaged packaging = 20% reduction in value.
  •      No packaging = 50% reduction in value.
  •      Damaged, used or dirty product = 100% depreciation.

Pay attention! When an order is returned unpaid, we will deduct the shipping costs from the possibly refundable amount.

Returns via TNT Business point

You can hand off most items (up to 30 kg, 150 liters and / or 80 cm) at a TNT Business point. You can find TNT Business point in your area. You will receive a return receipt with a number on it at the TNT Business point (keep this well)

Do you want to take your package to TNT Business point? You do not have to make an appointment in advance. Look here for the TNT Business point in your area. We advise you to request proof of shipment when you deliver the package at the post office.

For a faster handling of your return, we ask you to take care of the following points:

to return the item as original as possible and undamaged;
leaving all labels and cards on the article does not obscure the assessment of the products;
package the product in a box or envelope to protect the product if reasonably possible;
clearly state the address of our customer service;
for a quick settlement of your complaint and for clarification of your complaint, please submit a return form;
ask for proof of this when you deliver your package to the post office.

Return yourself

As an extra service we also offer you the possibility to exchange or return items purchased in the Shop Online from Car Fantasy at the store in Elst. In the store you can exchange something for another article. We ask you to bring the delivery note / invoice with you if you want to exchange or return an item in the store.

According to specifications or according to the customer's wishes, articles can not be exchanged or returned.

Received wrong article

Check that the item you receive is the same that you ordered. If you have accidentally received another item, you can return it free of charge within 2 months after receipt. To find out why you received another item, it is important that you indicate on the back of the invoice the reason for the return and the difference between the two items.
